With an office in Teaneck, NJ and a virtual office online, Sher Counseling Services works with adolescents, adults and couples of all ages. In addition, we are pleased to provide an Early Relationship Counseling to all newly-engaged or newly-married couples who want to ensure that they begin this deepest stage of their relationship with necessary tools to build and maintain a meaningful emotional connection.
Our Services
The office is located in Teaneck, NJ at 764 Palisade Ave Suite 1F. Clients can also be seen over a HIPAA-compliant telehealth carrier. Clients can choose which option is more convenient for them.

Utilizing modalities such as DBT, CBT, ACT and IFS, we are able to work with clients who experience various challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other wide-ranging issues. Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes long and are $175 for the session. Alternative lengths and fees can be discussed upon request.

Utilizing modalities such as EFT and the Gottman Method, we are able to work with couples at any stage of their relationship. We can work on communication strategies and address the deeper issues of emotional connection. Standard couples sessions are 60 minutes long and $200.

Pre-Marital Counseling and Newly-Married Counseling workshop is a series of 4 sessions where young couples can learn to develop the skills to form deeper emotional bonds and set themselves on the road to marital success and harmony. The workshop is based on the Building Lasting Connections program. The workshop is $500 for 4 sessions.
